Job summary

Midvalley Early Education in Morwell, VIC, is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a community-connected service where children, families and educators thrive. You’ll steer day-to-day operations, mentor a long-term team, and uphold quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

You’ll hold an Early Childhood qualification (or ACECQA approved) and bring experience leading in an early learning setting. Strong relationship-building and a warm, accountable leadership style are essential.

You’re a confident, values-led leader who:

• Holds an Early Childhood qualification (or ACECQA approved)

You will understand your responsibilities as a mandatory reporter and be able to demonstrate safe, ethical and professional behaviour at all times, including maintaining professional boundaries, actively supervising children, identifying and responding to risks and reporting concerns in line with legislative requirement.
