Save Our Service in Liverpool, NSW is seeking a Centre Manager qualified in Diploma/ECT to lead a vibrant early childhood centre. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with families to create a welcoming environment where children thrive.

The role requires Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, plus leadership experience, with a commitment to safety and developmental wellbeing for all children.

• Previous Centre Manager or leadership experience in early childhood.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.

About you

• Hold a completed Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Have previous experience as a Centre Manager or in an early childhood leadership role.
• Understand the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Have strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Be committed to children’s safety, wellbeing and development.
