Qualifications

• Leadership experience within Early Childhood Education and Care
• Strong people leadership and team development capability
• Experience leading change, improvement or growth initiatives
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• A commitment to child safety and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day operation and performance of the service
• Build a positive, accountable and engaged team culture
• Coach, mentor and develop educators and emerging leaders
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements
• Partner with families and stakeholders to maintain strong community connections
• Drive quality improvement, occupancy and operational outcomes
• Undertake the responsibilities of Nominated Supervisor
