Job summary

Nido Fulham in Adelaide's Western Suburbs seeks an Executive Service Manager (Centre Director) to lead educators, foster strong family and community connections, and deliver outstanding early childhood education. You’ll mentor staff, manage rostering, budgeting, and compliance while building partnerships with families and the wider community.

A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Valid Police Check, WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Evidence of completion of National Child Safety Training via Geccko (Foundation Training 1&2 and Advanced Training 3,4,5) or willingness to obtain.

• Mentor, guide and support educators to deliver excellence.
• Oversee rostering, budgeting, and compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the community.
