Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty is seeking a Centre Director to lead day-to-day operations while keeping children at the heart of every decision. You will oversee curriculum and documentation with the support of our Leadership and Educator teams, and you will build strong ties with families, local networks, and the wider community.

The role requires ACECQA‑approved qualifications, leadership experience, and current checks/training.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher.
• Ideally 12+ months’ experience in a Centre Director role.
• Current Working with Children’s Check (state) and Police Check plus PRODA child protection training.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Strong leadership to engage, inspire and grow a professional Educator team.
• Solid knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run day-to-day operations prioritising children and team wellbeing.
• Oversee curriculum and pedagogical documentation with support from the Centre Leadership team.
• Deliver high-quality tours and family orientations to create memorable experiences.
• Build genuine connections with local families and networks to support community ties.
• Attract and develop future Educator talent with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
