Goodstart Proserpine is seeking a Centre Director to lead the team, drive quality outcomes, and champion the provided early learning program in Proserpine. You will guide educators, nurture relationships with families and the community, and manage day-to-day operations to ensure a thriving service.

You will oversee delivery of our program, support staff development, and plan for future growth while maintaining a centre that meets quality standards and community needs.

Competenze

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
