Job summary

C2C Recruitment Group Pty Ltd – Gosford NSW is seeking an experienced Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead a well-established early learning service on the Central Coast. You’ll oversee daily operations, people leadership, compliance and family engagement to drive quality outcomes.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary package and relocation assistance for the right candidate relocating from Sydney or interstate, with bonuses for performance and a supportive leadership team

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Bachelor degree desirable.
• 3+ years as Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations.
• Experience with Assessment and Rating and Quality Improvement Plans.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, Food Safety and Child Protection training.
• Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, including staffing, ratios, rosters, budgets and parent communication.
• Ensure the service operates in compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Law and Education and Care Services National Regulations.
• Maintain a strong child-safe culture and high standards of supervision, health and safety.
• Lead, support and develop the 2IC, Educational Leader, Room Leaders and educator team.
• Manage recruitment, induction, performance management, staff development and retention.
• Oversee staffing levels, permanent rosters, qualifications and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong, professional relationships with children, families and the local community.
• Monitor occupancy, enrolments, enquiries and centre tours and actively support centre growth.
• Lead the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and maintain ongoing Assessment and Rating readiness.
• Support curriculum implementation aligned with the EYLF.
