C2C Recruitment Group Pty Ltd on the Central Coast seeks an experienced Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor for a full‑time leadership role in Gosford. You will oversee operational leadership, staff management, compliance and family engagement to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

The role requires Diploma in ECE (or equivalent) with 3+ years in leadership; Bachelor is desirable. Relocation assistance may be available for suitable candidates relocating from Sydney or interstate.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care as a minimum.
• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education is highly desirable.
• Previous experience as a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor (3+ years' experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations.
• Experience with Assessment and Rating and Quality Improvement Plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations, staffing, ratios, rosters and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations.
• Maintain a strong child-safe culture and high standards of supervision, health and safety.
• Lead and develop the 2IC, Educational Leader, Room Leaders and educator team.
• Manage recruitment, induction, performance management and staff development.
• Oversee staffing levels, rosters, qualifications and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
• Monitor occupancy, enrollments and centre growth; support growth initiatives.
• Lead the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and EYLF curriculum implementation.
