Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a Centre Director or senior leadership role within early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex service operations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound financial and business management capabilities.
• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant mandatory certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of a large early learning service.
• Inspire, mentor and develop educators and teachers.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework requirements.
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning and roster management.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, enrolments and financial performance.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and service excellence.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and community stakeholders.
• Promote inclusion, child safety and wellbeing.
• Support and develop future leaders within the service.
