Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Centre Director
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ACECQA approved)
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, NQS and Child Safe Standards
• Excellent leadership, communication and mentoring skills
• Experience using Owna and Microsoft Office Suites

• Leadership & Operations: oversee staff, enrolments, budgets and compliance
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre
• Lead recruitment and support ongoing professional development of educators
• Drive delivery of high-quality education and care
