Job description

Welcome to Kool Beanz Mullumbimby!

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Northern Rivers, Kool Beanz Mullumbimby is a vibrant, family-focused early learning centre licensed for 75 children, where every child is encouraged to learn, explore and thrive.

We believe we are more than just a childcare provider. We are a welcoming, family-driven community where children’s growth, wellbeing and individuality are nurtured through genuine relationships, meaningful experiences and a strong sense of belonging.

Our approach focuses on the whole child — supporting social, emotional and educational development while inspiring curiosity, confidence, creativity and a genuine love of learning. Through play-based learning and engaging experiences, we help children build the skills, resilience and confidence they need for their journey into school and beyond.

We celebrate diversity and embrace opportunities for children to discover and experience different cultures, traditions and languages, creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued, respected, supported and inspired.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines strategic centre management with active involvement in the day-to-day life of the service.

  • Driving continuous improvement across the service.
  • Providing strong leadership while maintaining a visible and approachable presence within the centre.

You will be supported by an experienced Area Manager and dedicated Support Management Team, providing you with the autonomy to lead your service while having access to ongoing mentorship, guidance and professional support.

If you are an inspiring early childhood leader who is passionate about people, quality outcomes and creating an exceptional experience for children and families, we would love to hear from you.

  • Uphold and promote the company’s values and philosophy
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Build strong relationships with families and community stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and compliance records
About You:
