• Experience as Centre Director, Service Manager or senior early childhood leader.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Regulations and Child Safe Standards.
• Proven success leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance operational priorities with a child-centred approach.
• Proactive, solutions-focused leadership style.
• ACEQCA qualifications recognised under ACECQA requirements.

• Driving quality improvement initiatives and exceeding National Quality Standard expectations.
