Job summary

TLC Healthcare’s TLC Early Learning arm seeks a Centre Director for Armstrong Creek to lead a modern, purpose-built centre and deliver exceptional care for children, families and staff.

You’ll coach a high-performing team, drive quality educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework, foster an inclusive culture, and manage centre operations, occupancy and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an early learning centre.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations.
• Ability to mentor and develop teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
