Job summary

TLC Healthcare is seeking a Centre Director for our Early Learning Centre in Mordialloc. This full-time role commences January 2027 and offers leadership over a modern centre that intergenerationally connects children with older Australians.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive quality programs, ensure regulatory compliance and cultivate strong relationships with families and the local community. The organisation provides extensive development opportunities and a collaborative leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Previous leadership experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive quality educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework.
• Foster a positive and inclusive centre culture.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and the community.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage centre operations, occupancy and workforce planning.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes.
• Champion TLC’s innovative intergenerational learning approach.
