Job summary

TLC Early Learning is seeking an experienced Centre Director for a purpose-driven intergenerational program in Mordialloc, commencing January 2027. Lead a modern Early Learning Centre, supported by a collaborative leadership team and a strong community focus.

You will coach a high-performing team, ensuring quality programs aligned with the National Quality Framework while fostering an inclusive centre culture and building trusted relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Leadership experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive quality educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework.
• Foster a positive and inclusive centre culture.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and the community.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage centre operations, occupancy and workforce planning.
