Active Kids Group is seeking a Centre Director to lead one of their vibrant Sydney early learning services, Rose Bay Cottage or Active Kids Newtown. You will own centre operations with a strong leadership team, driving high-quality learning and community engagement.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education, current First Aid, WWCC and related regulatory qualifications, plus leadership experience in a centre.

Qualifications

• They require a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education to lead the centre's educational programs with confidence.
• Current First Aid, Child Protection and Food Safety qualifications, WWCC and related regulatory training are required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth running for children, families and staff.
• Support educators to deliver high-quality learning programs that foster curiosity and development.
• Strengthen relationships with families and the local community to build trust and belonging.
• Manage staffing, budgets and administration to keep the centre running efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with NQF and WHS requirements and maintain high safety and care standards.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, high-performing centre culture.
