Job summary

Woongarrah ELC is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our early learning service on a 6-month contract. You will oversee daily operations, mentor a team of educators and drive high-quality outcomes for children and families.

You will ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the NQF, fostering a safe, nurturing learning environment while building strong relationships with families and the local community in Central Coast, NSW.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

About the Role
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) while creating a positive and supportive environment for children, families, and educators.
