Reggio Emilia Early Learning Centre in Parramatta is seeking an experienced Centre Director/Manager to lead daily operations, mentor educators, and drive quality outcomes for children. This full-time role offers growth, mentoring, and strong support from an established leadership team.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, with prior leadership in a childcare service and solid knowledge of EYLF/NQS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Leadership experience in an early learning or childcare service.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, NQF and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and people management.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership and problem-solving.
• Commitment to quality education and positive outcomes for children.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily centre operations, staffing and team performance.
• Mentor and develop educators and Room Leaders.
• Maintain compliance with the NQF, NQS, and relevant regulations.
• Drive educational quality, EYLF implementation and continuous improvement.
• Lead Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) initiatives and prepare for Assessment and Rating.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Support enrolments, occupancy and a positive workplace culture.
