Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd in Belmont, VIC, is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our high-quality early learning service. You will oversee daily operations, grow occupancy, and manage financial performance to budget targets.

You will build and mentor a strong leadership team, ensure compliance with NQF and VIC regulations, and foster safety, inclusion, and educational excellence. You will partner with families and the local community while aligning with Busy Bees values.

Qualifications

• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.
• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC.
• Proven experience leading a service in a medium to large centre.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage occupancy, rosters and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

We’re seeking an experienced and confident Centre Director to lead our thriving Belmont service. With strong occupancy, an established team of educators and a high-demand location, this is an opportunity to build on an already successful centre.

Our purpose-built centre features a dedicated Kindergarten room, engaging outdoor environments, weekly incursions and Bush Kinder excursions.

• Proven experience leading a service, ideally within a medium to large centre environment.
