Job summary

Nido Fulham is seeking an Executive Service Manager (Centre Director) to lead our team of educators and manage daily operations, ensuring the highest standards for children and families in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

You will mentor staff, oversee rostering and budgeting, and build strong community partnerships while upholding our safety and child-protection commitments. This is a leadership role in a person-centered Early Childhood setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Evidence of completing National Child Safety Training if hired from 1 October or willing to obtain.

What you’ll bring

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 October must provide evidence of completion of the mandatory National Child Safety Training via Geccko, including Foundation Training (courses 1&2) and Advanced Training (courses 3, 4 & 5), or be willing to obtain these certifications prior to employment.
