Pacific Seeds in Australia seeks a Territory Manager to lead sales and territory strategies across Central Queensland, the Coalfields and the Callide–Dawson region. You will build market presence, manage customer relationships and translate national priorities into practical territory plans.

This role focuses on field presence, listening to growers, providing technical product advice, forecasting, maintaining Salesforce records, and collaborating across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in sales or account management in agribusiness.
• Ability to develop territory plans and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and territory strategies to grow sales and market share.
• Represent Pacific Seeds at field days, campaigns and industry events.
• Translate national sales priorities into practical territory plans and forecasts.
• Maintain Salesforce records and monitor market-share information.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing and Technical Development to ensure right support and product.
• Manage territory expenses, stock allocations and consignment stock with commercial discipline.
