Job summary

Greenstreat IP Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead our central kitchen operations, owning production, food safety and team performance so every venue gets the right product on time and to spec in our growing environment. You will plan daily production, lead rosters, manage stock and yield, and uphold SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a production, central kitchen or high-volume kitchen leadership role.
• Food safety knowledge; Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willing to get it).
• Experience with batch production.
• Organised and data driven; proficient with stock systems and spreadsheets.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow with Greenstreat.
• Calm, clear leader who sets standards and follows them up.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run daily production based on venue orders and the order cycle.
• Lead, roster and train the kitchen team.
• Own food safety and compliance: Food Safety Program, temperature logs, cleaning and sanitising, audits.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and help build/update them.
• Manage stock, receiving and supplier deliveries in our inventory system.
• Track yield, waste and product cost, and act on the numbers.
• Work with Operations and Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries with zero stock-outs.
