Job summary

Unisson Disability on the Central Coast is seeking a Team Leader to manage a Supported Independent Living service. You will lead direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day SIL operations, ensuring safe, welcoming homes, and coordinating rosters, recruitment and documentation in line with policy. Flexible hours and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in the disability sector.
• Willingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles.
• Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable).
