Ozpak Pty Ltd, a Nagambie-based winery bottling operation, is seeking a dedicated Cellar Hand to join our team. This fulltime role involves hands-on duties, physical tasks, and operating winery equipment in a quality-focused environment.

You’ll work outdoors, support transfers, blending, and cleanliness across the cellar, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Drivers licence and forklift experience are desirable, with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift licence desirable.
• Clear communication and teamwork are essential.
• Commitment to safety and working outdoors in a winery environment.

Responsabilidades

• Clean tanks, hoses, lines, and equipment.
• Operate pumps, flowmeters, valves and filtration equipment.
• Read cellar notes and carry out transfers, blending, and volume measurements.
• Weigh and prepare additives; record-keeping and documentation.
