Job summary

Burleigh Pavilion on the Gold Coast is seeking cellar hands to join our beverage team at The Tropic restaurant. You will help maintain the quality and consistency of beverages while supporting maintenance across the venue.

The role requires a current Australian driver's license (manual preferred), a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training provided.

Burleigh Pavilion is looking for multi skilled people to join our cellar team and support the venue in all aspects of maintenance of beverages, ensuring the quality and consistency of the final product.Maintaining stock levels in bars across the venue and checking off invoices against stock received.
