Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and store beverage deliveries.
• Pick, pack and deliver stock to bars and service areas.
• Assist with stock rotation and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised cellar and storage areas.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control.
• Ensure stock handling and storage are correct.
• Follow WHS procedures, including safe manual handling.
• Support the wider Food & Beverage team as required.

About the Role

Reporting to the Cellar & Purchasing team, you will assist with the day-to-day operation of our cellar, ensuring our bars are well stocked and supplied. You will play an important role in supporting our beverage operations and helping our team deliver great service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and store beverage deliveries.

• Pick, pack and deliver stock to bars and service areas.

• Assist with stock rotation and maintaining accurate stock levels.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised cellar and storage areas.

• Assist with stocktakes and general inventory control.

• Ensure stock is handled and stored correctly.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including safe manual handling.

• Provide support to the wider Food & Beverage team as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

• Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.

• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting.

• Has good attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Can work independently and as part of a team.

• Is flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including weekends.

• Has a current NSW RSA or is willing to obtain one.

Previous experience in a cellar, warehouse or hospitality environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential. We are happy to train the right person.
