Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is seeking a casual Cellar Door Sales Attendant for our St Huberts Cellar Door in the Yarra Valley. You will engage visitors, share our stories, and deliver exceptional customer service while tasting and showcasing our regional wines.

You should have cellar door sales experience and a passion for hospitality, be a great people person, and hold an RSA. This role offers flexible casual hours consistent with the Wine Industry Award.

Formación

• Experience in cellar door sales and hospitality.
• RSA certificate required.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

About the role

We are currently searching for casual Cellar Door Sales Attendants to help us in our busy cellar door where you can have a direct and long-lasting impact on our brand and business.

• You will provide unique experiences for all our visitors through sharing our stories and delivering exceptional customer service.
• This role is based at St Huberts Cellar Door where guests come to explore our cool climate regional wines whilst getting a chance to taste our TWE's broader offerings.

About you

We are searching for someone who is experienced in cellar door sales and brings a passion for hospitality and the wine industry.

• You will be known for your superior service skills, your ability to influence and for creating memorable experiences for visitors.
• A great people person, you will love engaging and educating our visitors and helping build our brand ambassadors.
• You'll have experience working in cellar doors and also your RSA.
• This is paid in accordance with the Wine Industry Award.
