Job summary

Panthers Penrith Leagues Club is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor more than 450 CCTV cameras, identify safety, security and compliance concerns, and back up Body-Worn Camera footage. You will work both independently and within a close-knit team, maintaining focus and sound judgement at all times.

Eight weeks of comprehensive paid training will be provided to prepare you for success. The role requires discretion, confidentiality and the ability to work across day, night and weekend

Qualifications

• NSW Security Industry Licence (Class 1A and/or 1E) is required.
• Current First Aid Certificate is preferred.
• RSA and RCG competency cards are required to perform security duties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage and review incidents for potential safety and security concerns.
• Respond to and action CCTV requests from NSW Police.
• Back up and securely manage Body-Worn Camera footage.
• Operate as a central command point and communicate with departments via two-way radio.
• Monitor alarms via Gallagher system and liaise with emergency services.
• Export and interpret gaming meter reports and analyze transactions for indicators of illicit activity.
