Job summary

Dome Coffees Australia is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our CBD cafe management team. You will support the Cafe Manager to lead and train a team, drive customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.

We offer a base salary plus super and staff discounts, a 38-hour full-time contract, a rotating management roster, and ongoing training with clear progression in a well-known WA business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• One year management experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work 7 days a week (rostered 5 days).
• Experience with COGS and Labour management is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team and work closely with the Cafe Manager.
• Drive customer satisfaction and maintain brand standards.
• Support management in daily operations and roster planning.
