Australian Agricultural Company (AACo) is seeking an experienced Station Manager to lead Canobie Station in Queensland’s Gulf Country. You will manage a 25-30 person team, drive production targets, oversee budgets and capital works, and partner with regional leadership to deliver safe, sustainable beef production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams (25–30 staff).
• Budgets, financial management and performance reporting experience.
• Knowledge of cattle production systems and animal welfare.
• Experience delivering capital projects and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 25-30 people.
• Manage day-to-day station operations to drive productivity and profitability.
• Oversee budgets, Opex and financial performance.
• Monitor cattle welfare, herd performance and feeding programs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual performance reports.
• Deliver capital works and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Build relationships with suppliers, veterinary providers, regulators and communities.
