Job summary

Southern Cross Care Caloundra is seeking a Catering Assistant for a permanent part-time role in Little Mountain, Caloundra. The position includes morning or afternoon shifts and a supportive team environment focused on quality dining experiences for residents.

You will assist with meal service, maintain cleanliness, support stock management and follow food safety procedures while contributing to meaningful resident care. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking or hospitality is highly regarded but not essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a team.
• Australian working rights.
• Current Influenza Vaccination.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
