You will lead range and portfolio optimisation, manage pricing cycles, and craft a compelling commercial story for retailers. The role offers exposure to senior leaders and tangible impact across two iconic brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in category management, customer management or business management.
• Exposure to hardware or Bunnings is preferred.
• Strategic thinker who converts data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set the category strategy across Yates and Seasol.
• Lead range and portfolio optimisation from reviews to shelf placement.
• Manage the pricing cycle and build the commercial story.
• Influence across sales, marketing, insights and senior leaders.
