The Arnott’s Group in Australia is seeking a Category Manager - BFY to own a diverse portfolio including Mother Earth, Sunsol, Snack Right and Heritage Mill, shaping how Australians snack and fuel their day.

You’ll combine commercial thinking with category expertise to drive growth, lead category reviews with Coles and Woolworths, and translate insights into actionable recommendations across Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG category management is required.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and customers.
• Strong ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategies across diverse snacks and breakfast brands.
• Partner with Coles and Woolworths to drive growth initiatives.
• Own end-to-end 6P deep dives across the portfolio.
