Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking a trainer, coach and mentor to guide crew in Darwin. You will report to the Restaurant Manager to deliver outstanding service and ensure safe working conditions while developing our team.

You will lead shifts, provide coaching, role model guest excellence, and support sales growth through service and upselling. Expect extensive leadership training, formal career pathways, staff discounts via Jackpot, and nationally accredited qualifications.
