Job summary

Hungry Jack's in New South Wales is seeking a trainer to develop crew, coach and mentor team members, bringing our Guest Obsessed and People Power values to life while delivering exceptional service and safe working conditions.

You will lead shifts, provide on‑the‑job coaching, support sales through great service, and partner with the restaurant team to uphold standards and drive a positive guest experience across our network.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all.

Your responsibilities will include

• Leading and supervising shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.
