Responsibilities

• Lead the Casualty unit's financial performance, with responsibility for underwriting profit, rate and loss ratio targets, and budget delivery.
• Develop and implement the unit business plan aligned to growth and profitability objectives.
• Analyse portfolio performance to identify profit opportunities and improve results.
• Drive premium growth by delivering new business, retention, rate and product growth targets.
• Build and execute sales and marketing strategies across the broker market, including prospecting and new business development.
• Strengthen relationships with brokers, producers and insureds and expand Chubb's presence.
• Ensure underwriting discipline, quality and integrity, and adherence to standards and audit targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing Casualty team, including recruitment and performance management.
• Support a positive, inclusive workplace culture and guide career growth for team members.
• Manage expenses, commission plans and service standards for budget control.
• Oversee broker service delivery, feedback, reporting and CRM to support engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with claims, technical services, distribution and management to deliver outcomes.
