Job summary

Guild Group is seeking a customer-focused professional to join the Casualty Claims team. This full-time permanent role offers 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, with a path to develop expertise in the casualty claims field.

You’ll manage incoming enquiries, support customers through the claims process, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve fair outcomes. Training and career growth are emphasised within a supportive environment.

Qualifications
