Job summary

Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo is seeking bubbly and vibrant casual Guest Experience Officers to support Zoo Adventures and visitor programs. You will collaborate with a great team to deliver top-notch guest services and participate in school holiday activities at the Dubbo site.

Shifts are scheduled during school holidays, with on-site work and on-going training. This role begins in October 2026, offering a dynamic, child-focused customer experience in a renowned zoological setting.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Passionate about delivering engaging youth entertainment and education programs.
• Willing to work weekends during school holidays and participate in school holiday programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service across visitor operations and programs.
• Support Taronga's school holiday programs like Zoo Adventures.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver programs and assist general zoo operations.
• Adhere to safety, sustainability and Taronga's values in all duties.
