Job summary

You will translate formulas and game mechanics into reliable, responsive web logic while supporting learning designers and academics to improve interfaces and interactive features.

The role requires proven experience in developing web applications, with strong JavaScript and HTML skills, and the ability to translate complex business rules into user-friendly software.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or Web Development.
• Experience developing and deploying web applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• Ability to translate complex rules into web apps.
• Good UX and interactive interface design.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with testing and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Translate Excel-based simulation into a responsive web application.
• Implement simulation logic in web-based app by converting formulas and rules.
• Assist learning designers and academics to improve interfaces, dashboards and interactive features.
• Additional duties as required.
