Job summary

Enviropacific is seeking a motivated Casual Water Treatment Plant Operator to support operation and maintenance of water treatment plants across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. This hands-on role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, sampling, and data interpretation across multiple sites.

You’ll work independently within the operations team, ensuring safe and compliant plant operation. The ideal candidate has a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations, experience with WTP operations,

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating water treatment plants.
• Understanding pH, coagulation/settling, filtration and backwashing.

Responsibilities

• Operate water treatment plants safely and in compliance.
• Monitor and optimise plant performance; troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct laboratory sampling and data interpretation.
• Calibrate probes and instruments.
• Carry out minor repair/servicing of equipment.
