Job summary

Noumi is hiring a Warehouse Operator at our Shepparton site to oversee end-to-end handling of inbound and outbound goods while upholding safety, quality and compliance standards.

You will operate forklifts, conduct pre-start checks, and manage picking, packing, staging and dispatch. Experience with RF scanners and WMS is valued in our fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence with at least 2 years high-reach experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance in all tasks.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Background in FMCG or fast-paced warehouse environments preferred.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts in line with site procedures and traffic plans.
• Complete daily forklift pre-start checks and maintain equipment standards.
• Accurately pick, pack, stage, and dispatch customer orders.
• Receive, label, and store inbound goods (raw materials, packaging, finished goods).
• Support production by managing materials for work orders.

The Opportunity

At Noumi, we're committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers - on time, every time. We're currently looking for a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our Shepparton team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods while supporting our key performance goal: DIFOT (Deliver In Full & On Time).

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end handling of inbound and outbound goods, supporting production, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and compliance.

You'll be working in a fast-paced FMCG environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive mindset are essential.

• Accurately pick, pack, stage, and dispatch customer orders
• Receive, label, and store inbound goods (raw materials, packaging, finished goods)

What You'll Bring

• Valid forklift licence with minimum 2 years high reach (double deep) experience
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Background in FMCG or fast-paced warehouse environments (preferred)
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
