Job summary

Reed Graduations is seeking a reliable Casual Warehouse Assistant / Driver to support warehouse and event operations across Australia. The role combines picking, packing, cleaning and stock organisation with driving to deliver and collect graduation regalia and event equipment.

Join our team to help create memorable graduation experiences nationwide. The role requires a MR licence, the ability to lift heavy items and work some evenings or weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

• MR licence essential.
• Confident driving of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and put away stock and equipment returned from events.
• Pick and pack graduation regalia and event equipment according to the event calendar.
• Liaise with Event Managers across each state to ensure job requirements are prepared accurately and on time.
• Load and unload graduation regalia, equipment and other event stock.
• Deliver and collect items from universities, venues and event locations across Australia.
• Assist with regular stocktakes and inventory management.
• Wash, steam and iron graduation gowns and hoods; ensure regalia is clean and presented.
• Ensure event bump-in schedules are met and all stock is delivered in good condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.
• Assist with setting up and packing down event equipment when required.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and transport regulations.
