Job summary

Harris Farm Markets Pty is seeking a Casual Warehouse Assistant for the W Shed in Sydney, NSW. The role requires a bubbly, outgoing person who can engage with customers and work as part of a coordinated team in a busy warehouse.

You will pick and pack using RF scanners, load/unload trucks, and operate forklifts where trained. Availability during Easter, Christmas and public holidays is expected. A reliable vehicle is preferred due to early starts.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability to work across a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors.
• Stack and organize large bulk items and follow instructions.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials between areas.
• Wear safety gear and keep the workspace free from hazards.
• Operate forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks.
• Contribute actively to team goals.
• Early starts and own transportation are required.
• Ability to work in a cold room environment.

• Load and unload trucks
• Move materials between facilities, workstations, pick-up locations, or other areas
• Always wear safety gear and ensure the workspace is free from debris and safety hazards
• Communicate effectively
• Operate forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks
• Contribute actively to team goals
• Early start and own transportation are required
• Ability to work in a Coolroom environment
