Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a busy fresh food warehouse, ensuring safe receiving, storage and dispatch of products.

You will coach and develop your team, drive performance and foster a culture where safety, accountability and teamwork come first, with close collaboration to ensure stores receive high-quality products daily.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse, logistics or FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making ability.
• A focus on safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (D365 experience is highly regarded).
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Team Leaders and Warehouse Assistants.
• Oversee receiving, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Drive productivity while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and FIFO practices.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing culture.
• Maintain compliance with Workplace Health & Safety, food safety and company procedures.
• Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and transport partners.

About the role

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a busy fresh food warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you'll ensure our stores receive the fresh, high-quality products our customers expect every day.

You’ll be an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:
