Job summary

Harris Farm Markets in Sydney is seeking energetic warehouse team members to join a fast-paced environment and support daily store operations. You will be responsible for picking and packing products with RF scanners, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining safety in a busy warehouse setting.

We value an outgoing, bubbly personality, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt to seasonal peaks (Easter, Christmas, holidays).

Qualifications

• Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our customers
• Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success
• Flexible availability, it's a busy warehouse across 5 days
• Availability, required during key seasonal periods- Easter, Christmas & Public holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform effectively under pressure
• Pick and pack products using RF scanners
• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors
• Stack and organize large bulk items, and follow instructions accurately
• Load and unload trucks
• Move materials between facilities, workstations, pick-up locations, or other areas
• Always wear safety gear and ensure the workspace is free from debris and safety hazards
• Communicate effectively
• Operate forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks
• Contribute actively to team goals
• Early start and own transportation are required
• Ability to work in a Coolroom environment
