Job summary

MLG Oz in Kalgoorlie/Boulder is seeking casual Utility Workers to join our hospitality team at the Kalgoorlie site. This is a residential position and you must be based in the Kalgoorlie area.

You will assist chefs in the kitchen, support dining services and housekeeping, and help with guest accommodations while working across mornings, evenings and weekends.

If you bring hospitality experience, teamwork, a strong work ethic and a valid driver's license, we want you.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in kitchen, food and beverage or accommodation services.
• Willingness to assist with kitchenhand and housekeeping duties.
• Able and willing to work across mornings/evenings/weekends.

As MLG Oz continues to grow, we are proud to be able to provide an in-house accommodation and catering service to our employees who work at our Kalgoorlie/Boulder sites.

We are seeking an additional team members to join the hospitality team at our accommodation facility to support the team in helping with the kitchen, dining area and accommodation services.

About the role:

• This is a residential position, you must already be based in Kalgoorlie/Boulder or the surrounding area
• Casual postion

What we are looking for

• Previous hospitality experience in the kitchen, food and beverage or accommodation services.
• Most importantly your hard work and willingness to be assist with kitchenhand and housekeeping duties.
• Able and willing to work across various shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends)

What you will be doing:

• Assisting the chefs in the kitchen with food preparation, food preparation, cleaning, cooking and general kitchen tasks.
• Assisting with food and beverage duties in the dining area.
• Cleaning and housekeeping requirements, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
• General guest and accommodation services duties as required
