Job summary

Noosa Flexible School, part of the Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Flexible Schools Ltd, is seeking a casual Teacher to join its campus. The role supports learning and social inclusion with trauma-aware practices and culturally responsive approaches, focusing on engaging middle and secondary students.

You’ll work under the Head of Campus to deliver flexible curricula and inclusive learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Primary or Secondary) and current teaching registration.
• Demonstrated successful teaching experience, normally including at least three years.
• First Aid certificate or ability to obtain, and a current Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging learning and teaching programs for middle and secondary students.
• Create flexible, innovative curriculum to engage diverse learners.
• Develop individualized learning plans and ensure legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with staff to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment.
