Qualifications

• Full Australian Drivers License required.
• Valid Police Check required.
• Working with Children Check required.
• Availability for immediate start and flexible casual hours including short-notice shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful personal care and mobility assistance tailored to client needs.
• Support household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping assistance.
• Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities.
• Observe and report changes in client health or behaviour to coordinators and families.
• Follow care plans, maintain accurate records, and comply with agency procedures.
• Uphold dignity, privacy, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
