Job summary

Community Support Incorporated is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist clients in maintaining independence and wellbeing. Duties include personal care, domestic assistance, transport to appointments and social support, with training provided for complex or high-needs cases.

Successful applicants will have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle and relevant checks.

Qualifications

• A caring, reliable and compassionate approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting people living with disability and older Australians.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent).
• Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred).
• A smartphone compatible with company systems and applications.
• A current National Police Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• A current First Aid Certificate.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
