Community Support Incorporated (CSI) is seeking passionate Support Workers to provide in-home assistance for clients living with disability or ageing in South Australia. You’ll assist with personal care, domestic tasks, transport to appointments and social activities, helping people maintain independence and quality of life.

About You & The Role

At CSI, we’re all about empowering people to live life their way- and our Support Workers are at the heart of that mission.

As a Support Worker, You’ll Be Providing Meaningful, In-home Support That Helps Clients Maintain Independence And Quality Of Life. Every Day Is Different, And Your Work Will Include Things Like

• Personal care
• Domestic assistance
• Transport to appointments or activities
• Social and community support

You might also support clients with complex needs – but don’t worry, we’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident and capable.

What You’ll Need

• A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
• A personal smartphone (for shift-related tasks)
• A safe, reliable vehicle

We’re Looking for Support Workers Who:

• Hold min Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
• Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
• Bring previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
• Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
• Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or are willing to apply)
• Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate
• Have a valid driver’s licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
